| Artist by nature, Sakar
Shrestha, born in 1974, August 17th, a leo man, is a young established
Architect (M.Arch) by profession, running his own building design
consultancy “Reverie Designs” here in Kathmandu. He is
also a founder of Reverie Arts N Entertainment (A Social Organization). Being an architect professionally, fine arts and paintings are his passion. He started working as a professional artist since 1997. As for him “Art is a way of expression and feelings. It gives him eternal pleasure.” He believes that creativity is a key word in any profession and he loves to experiment and work with imagination. He thinks, not forgetting the technical part of art, It should be innovative and unique. The genre he started is basically first in Nepal, an objective abstract art with the combination of sketch and paint. This time he has come up with a multi-layered art with the combination of dot arts and painting figures creating a very interesting contrast to observe. His works make him distinctly different than other artists. His art works are all related to social values, culture and reality of life. He works in all medium of arts. |
